1. Exchanges and Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• No exchanges are accepted on swimsuits.
• All purchases are considered final sale.
  
• Merchandise must be unused, with original tags attached, and in perfect condition.
  
• No refunds will be issued.
  
• Items purchased during SALE, clearance, or special promotions (e.g., 60%–80% off) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

2. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  

• Once the package has been shipped, the boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
